affordable contractors for repairs, which was very helpful since we were relocating at the

Another
strength of Susi’s is keeping a pragmatic view of what is important in the selling
process. Some realtors would have had us worked up trying to fix certain details
about the house in order to have it sellable. She had the experience and level
headedness to be very clear about what we didn’t need to worry about. This kept us
focused on things that really did make a difference and kept us from a lot of angst about
things that didn’t. This is very important since a relocating seller has more than
enough stress and demands on time!
As
important as her expertise, Susi was an absolute delight to work with on a personal level.
They truly don’t come any better. I feel absolutely confident in saying that
you will not find a better agent to work with in selling your Glen Abbey home!

and as far as results? In a time when houses were sitting on the market for over a
year, we sold in a couple months – and we were the only sale out of all 13 Glen Abbey
